Creating music with odesi4/1/2023 ![]() ![]() The long notes and short notes box allows you to explore different note lengths and find the best fit for your project.Īfter you have your chord progression, you can add a melody automatically and make edits from there. Just click on a roman numeral preset to search for a progression that suits your mood. ![]() This box lets you select the way in which the chords are played and automatically change into a new chord progression. ![]() What I loved most about this feature is that the more I played around with it, the more I found myself organically creating ideas and (accidently) learning about music theory. Change the song key at the top of the screen and immediately get a different feeling from the same progression you have already inserted. It’s simple to power through new ideas with Odesi. You’ll hear how the chords sound played at the tempo and key of the project. From there just play the track with the spacebar or the transport control on the top left of the screen. The chord progression is in Roman numeral notation and the actual chord name is at the top inside the measure. It allows you to hear the playback of the chords that were just inserted for quick, easy review. Just select the “Add Chord Progression” and presto! Odesi automatically adds a chord progression to the first 4 bars of your song. There are many chord progressions ready to use within Odesi. There are tons of sounds already loaded in Odesi, as well as the ability to use third party plugins. I personally like to lay down the chord progression first. Whichever way you choose to begin, just dive right in.Īlso, I want to note that most of the main features you want from a DAW exist in the Odesi web app, but it becomes even more powerful if you download the program to your computer. For example, some people like to create a beat, bass line or melody first. Start immediately! Choose a section of the song to work on first. It was frustrating…until I discovered Odesi. I was tired of spending countless hours on projects only to abandon ship in the middle of the track. This often has lead me to feel like a lot of my projects were sounding the same, or they just weren’t exciting enough. When I work on my production and remixes, I sometimes get lost and discouraged trying to create new ideas. This music composition software is from the makers of Mixed In Key and was created to help producers, songwriters and DJs lay down hot tracks quickly and effortlessly. They will play the Sacramento Kings on Thursday night for the one-game road trip. The Blazers were scheduled to fly out of Oregon Thursday morning, according to a source. The song was featured in the video game NBA 2K21. Lillard and rapper Snoop Dogg collaborated on a song in 2021 that paid homage to the late, great NBA star Kobe Bryant. He goes under the rap name of Dame D.O.L.L.A. ![]() The 10-year NBA veteran released different songs throughout his career. “Shooters in the locker room like we the Wizards, got me tight, stuck up in this fucking blizzard!” Lillard said. Lillard, posing in sunglasses and a winter hat, read their lyrics off his phone screen as his teammates danced along in the background. And it’s cuffin’ weather, grab ya bitch she might get hit tomorrow.” “Back stuck on the plane, I might have to buy a fit tomorrow. “Man, how the fuck we stuck up in the snow? Guess we fly this bitch tomorrow,” the star rapped. The video begins by showing the interior of the plane before zooming in toward Lillard for the performance. The result was an impromptu music video shoot. While the 15-man squad was waiting on the plane for those long hours, star guard Damian Lillard delivered the lyrics they created, to the tune of Tomorrow 2 by Glorilla and Cardi B. Thanks to the weather, that flight was not to be, and after being stuck for almost seven hours it was finally canceled. On Wednesday, the Trail Blazers were set to depart from Portland International Airport on their chartered flight to Sacramento. Several members of Portland Trail Blazers passed the time by making their own music video while the team was stuck on a plane for seven hours due to a snowstorm. ![]()
